Trainer Grahame Begg has stated that he has numerous options for quality filly Magic Time, with the A$10m Golden Eagle being the highlight, for this year's spring carnival.
Magic Time: Versatile Track Champion
Despite only having raced four times, Magic Time, the daughter of Hellbent, has demonstrated her ability to win on various surfaces, including good, rain-affected, and even synthetic tracks at Pakenham.
In addition, Magic Time has achieved Stakes victories in two different directions, triumphing in Flemington's Listed Amanda Elliott race last November before her Gr.3 P.J Bell Stakes win at Randwick.
"There's plenty of options for her in the spring," Begg said.
"She's shown her versatility having won on good and heavy tracks and also up in Sydney.
"So there are a whole range of races she can run in up in Sydney and it can be a mixed bag with the weather there which isn't an issue for her either.
"She's an exciting horse. She's matured in her time off and is probably a few weeks off trialling."
