Resolute Racing's Australian yearlings will be trained by three experienced trainers, with John Stewart recently appointing Ciaron Maher as the final addition to the team, joining Chris Waller and Bjorn Baker.
Stewart, an American racing mogul, gained attention for his bid to acquire Winx's daughter at the Inglis Easter Yearling Sale, ultimately losing the bid to Debbie Kepitis, who paid US$10 million. Despite this, Stewart made significant purchases at the auction, securing six other yearlings for racing in Australia.
While Chris Waller and Bjorn Baker were announced earlier as the first trainers, Maher was added to the lineup after meeting Stewart at the Kentucky Derby.
In an announcement on Twitter, Stewart revealed the decision, albeit mistakenly posting a picture of Maher's brother, Declan.
