Accomplished Polish handler Maciej Kacprzyk is embarking on an exciting new chapter, having relocated his operation to the UAE's prestigious Al Ain Stud training complex in Al Wathba. The seasoned professional, boasting seven successful years as a public trainer at Warsaw's historic Sluzewiec Racecourse, is poised to make his mark on Emirati racing.
With a carefully curated string of 25 horses under his care, Kacprzyk is methodically preparing his charges for the 24/25 campaign. The Polish maestro's attention has been particularly drawn to his crop of locally bred three-year-olds, who are showing encouraging signs ahead of their racecourse debuts.
While the stable's initial forays have been measured, with just two runners gracing the track thus far, there's a palpable sense of anticipation as more of Kacprzyk's string begin participating in trials and race day outings.
"I'm honored to continue my career in the UAE," said Kacprzyk. "This is a country that truly values its horse racing heritage, and I'm excited to work with such promising horses while contributing to the sport's continued growth here with Al Ain Stud."
The ERA's commitment to attracting international talent across both Thoroughbred and Purebred Arabian disciplines continues to strengthen the UAE's racing landscape. Kacprzyk's arrival represents another significant milestone in this ongoing development, bringing fresh perspectives and expertise to the region's thriving racing scene.
