Zeal produced a scintillating performance to land the Al Sharif Group Cup at Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club, demolishing his rivals by four lengths under a confident Ebrahim Nader ride for trainer Haider Ebrahim.
The talented gelding, carrying the colours of Mohammed Khalid Abdulrahim, powered clear in the US$10,600 contest over 1,200m. Echo Through Time claimed second for AM Smith, while Luna secured third for Ali Abdulmajeed, followed by Blues Queen completing the frame.

Piz Nair landed the imported runners' division for Smith and Lee Newman, holding off Burdett for trainer Ali Jan. The Thin Blue Line and Neptunian, the latter representing trainer Abdulla Kuwaiti, filled the places.
Carnegie Hall demonstrated his superiority in the 1,600m contest under Royston Ffrench for Jaber Ramadhan. Inspirited chased home the winner, with Firth of Clyde and Roosevelt's Grit, trained by Yousif Alboainain, completing the places.
Knight of Honour captured the Crown Industries Cup over 2,200m for Abdulmajeed, leading home stablemates Elwasme and Phoenix Passion, the latter trained by Fawzi Nass, with King of the Throne fourth.
Call To Court secured the 1,400m division for Smith, beating Carolina Reaper for trainer Jaffar Radhi. The Ghost Ship and Naahy, trained by Osama Hashim, followed.
The opener saw Musannan M908 prevail for Abdulmajeed, with Tuwaisan 1936, Kuheilan Weld Umm Zorayr 1838 for trainer Yousif Taher, and Obeyan 1893 filling the minor placings.
"This victory means everything," said Nader after steering Zeal to his commanding success. "The horse gave his all and we couldn't have asked for more."
The meeting, attended by Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, chairman of the REHC High Committee, showcased Bahrain's flourishing racing scene, combining international talent with local excellence.
