Henry Dwyer, who has recently embraced the world of frequent flyer points, is poised to accumulate a substantial number of air miles in 2024.
Following Royal Ascot, Dwyer intends to take Asfoora to Goodwood and York in August, with potential races in France and America also on the horizon.
“I didn’t actually know frequent flyer points existed until about three weeks ago,” he laughed.
With the assistance of assistant trainer Simon Morrish, Dwyer has recovered his old points and is looking forward to some impending upgrades.
Asfoora, who has recovered well from Royal Ascot, is being prepared for the G2 King George Stakes at Goodwood on August 2 and the G1 Nunthorpe Stakes at York on August 24.
York has been identified as her primary target, as its flat track provides the best opportunity for a Group 1 victory.
After potential success in the UK, Dwyer has his sights set on the Breeders’ Cup Turf in November and a race on Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe day.
Depending on Asfoora's condition, there is a possibility of participating in the Prix de l’Abbaye in France before returning home.
