At Royal Ascot, Warm Heart achieved an impressive victory in the Ribblesdale Stakes by scoring a hat-trick.
Having won Listed honours at Newbury last month, Warm Heart arrived at Royal Ascot having triumphed in her previous two outings.
Under the guidance of jockey Ryan Moore, the daughter of Galileo, trained by Aidan O'Brien, elevated her form to the next level and achieved a tremendous victory in the Group Two Ribblesdale Stakes.
Guided by jockey Ryan Moore, Warm Heart stayed close to the front-runners and positioned herself for a strong finish in the home straight.
Despite brief challenges from French horse Crown Princesse and favorite Al Asifah, Warm Heart continued to pull ahead and secured a decisive victory with odds of 13-2.
Bluestocking, ridden by jockey Frankie Dettori, finished third while Lumiere Rock came in second, two-and-a-half lengths behind the winner.
Aidan O'Brien and Ryan Moore celebrated their fourth Ribblesdale win with Warm Heart's impressive victory. Moore also achieved his fourth win of the week after his triple success on day one of the Royal Ascot.
O’Brien said, “Ryan gave Warm Heart a lovely ride and I'm delighted with her. She ran a very good race at Newbury the last day and we weren't sure whether the trip would be too far for her. Ryan planned to take his time with her today, to find a handy position and wait as long as possible.
While Moore said, “In Warm Heart’s previous race they went real hard, while in this race they didn't. She's a very straightforward filly and it all worked out.
"It's very hard here and you need the little things to work for you. Sometimes the ball bounces for you and sometimes it doesn't. That's racing.
"She's definitely a better filly today [compared to her previous run at Newbury]. It was up to a mile and a half, but it wasn't a strongly run race so we haven't answered the question [of whether she truly stays the longer trip] but she's won a lovely prize today."
