Saudi Crown, who recently finished a disappointing 10th in the Breeders' Cup Classic, is currently focusing on preparing for an upcoming race, which could potentially be the Gr.1 Saudi Cup.
Saudi Crown, a colt trained by Brad Cox and the son of Always Dreaming, completed four furlongs in 50.2 seconds at the Fair Grounds in an impressive workout. The workout was his third since the Breeders' Cup Classic, and he is listed as a possible contender for the Saudi Cup, which is scheduled to take place at King Abdulaziz Racetrack in Saudi Arabia on February 24. The workout put him in the top 16 graded-stakes-winners who recorded timed workouts on Friday.
