Billy Jackson-Stops has been appointed racing manager for Victorious Racing, the leading Bahraini horse racing operation founded by H.H. Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The 35-year-old, who established JS Bloodstock Consultancy in 2018 following stints as assistant trainer to Ralph Beckett and Godolphin in Australia, will now head the team and coordinate with all of Victorious Racing's trainers across multiple racing jurisdictions.
Victorious Racing's emergence on the international scene gathered significant momentum in 2024, with their distinctive red and white silks carried to notable victories by Bradsell in the Gr.1 Nunthorpe Stakes and Gr.1 Flying Five Stakes, alongside Isle Of Jura landing the Gr.2 Hardwicke Stakes.
Isle Of Jura was sourced and purchased by Jackson-Stops himself, highlighting the bloodstock expertise he brings to the role.
The operation has already established a presence across Britain, Dubai, Bahrain, France, and the USA, reflecting ambitious plans for further growth under Jackson-Stops' leadership.
"It is a great honour to have been appointed by His Highness Shaikh Nasser to serve as racing manager of Victorious Racing," said Jackson-Stops.
"His Highness, and the Kingdom Bahrain, are big supporters of British horse-racing, as has been shown in recent seasons here. I'm very excited to be joining such a dynamic global sports brand and am looking forward to working with everyone within the Victorious Racing team."
